Circle Inside the Circle

This composition is structured around a central circular form enclosed within a larger one — a visual metaphor for continuity, unity, and collective memory. The layered surface and rhythmic motifs subtly echo traditional gathering forms, recalling the symbolic space of the Albanian sofra, where community and identity converge. Rather than illustrating tradition directly, the work transforms it into a contemporary abstract language. Color and structure interact to create a balance between cultural heritage and modern compositional clarity.
