From the Cycle: Landscape Poetry

This work belongs to the cycle Landscape Poetry, developed in 2003. Executed in the traditional intaglio technique of etching, the image was first incised onto a metal plate using a fine needle, then inked and transferred onto paper through the printing process.

The composition combines symbolic and landscape-oriented elements, structured around a central spherical form that anchors the surrounding imagery. Through line, texture, and tonal contrast, the work reflects a poetic transformation of landscape into memory and metaphor.

The technical precision of the etched line contrasts with the lyrical atmosphere of the composition, reinforcing the conceptual dialogue between structure and imagination.
